Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you serve?

I’m based in North Murfreesboro and serve most of Rutherford County, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Christiana, Lascassas, Rockvale, and nearby communities. If you’re just outside that, text your address and I’ll let you know if I can help.

How do I get a quote?

The fastest way is to text photos of your yard or junk to 615-400-0642. I’ll look at access, size, and how much time or trailer space it will take, then send you a clear price before we schedule.

What kind of junk do you take?

I haul most household and yard items: couches, mattresses, furniture, boxes, bagged trash, appliances, grills, playsets, trampolines, yard waste, and general garage or move-out junk. I don’t take hazardous materials like paint cans, chemicals, fuel, or anything with oil or gas still in it.

What is “light demo”?

Light demo is safe tear-down and removal of small, non-structural items like sheds, playsets, trampolines, hot tubs, deck surfaces, fence panels, and bathroom vanities or cabinets. I don’t remove load-bearing walls, roofing, or anything involving electrical or plumbing changes.

How does pricing work for junk removal and demo?

Pricing is based on time, labor, and trailer space, plus any dump fees. Simple pickups (like a single couch) are usually a flat price. Bigger jobs like shed or hot tub demo are quoted by the job after I see photos, so you know the total before we start.

Do dump fees cost extra?

Dump and disposal fees are normally included in the quote I send you, unless I specifically say otherwise. If a job needs extra loads or special handling, I’ll let you know up front.

Is your mowing really electric?

Yes. I use electric equipment for mowing, trimming, and blowing. It’s quieter than gas, produces no on-site exhaust, and is a better fit for neighborhoods, kids, pets, and people working from home.

Do you offer one-time mowing or only recurring service?

I offer both. Weekly and bi-weekly mowing is available for well-kept yards, and I also do one-time or overgrown cleanups at a higher rate due to the extra time and wear on equipment.

How soon can you schedule me?

Many junk pickups and small demo jobs can be scheduled within a few days, depending on the week and weather. Text photos and the day(s) that work best for you and I’ll send options.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

For junk pickups, try to have items in one general area and clear a path to them. For demo jobs, move personal items and breakables away from the work area. For mowing, please ensure the yard is free of toys, hoses, and pet waste before I arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, card, and most common digital payments. Payment is due when the job is finished unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.
